Aerial Sling and Silks is a breathtaking art form that blends strength, grace, and creativity while incorporating acrobatic skills. Students perform impressive acrobatics and flowing dance elements, all while suspended in the air by strong, specialized fabric securely attached to the ceiling.
In this unique discipline, athletes learn essential movement techniques such as climbing, wrapping, inverting, spinning, and posing in the air. Each skill builds progressively, allowing students to gain confidence as they safely explore movement in a whole new dimension.
Classes emphasize proper technique, safety, and conditioning to ensure students establish a strong foundation before advancing. Dancers will begin in Sling 1, then progress to Sling 2, and eventually to Silks, where they will develop more advanced climbs, wraps, drops, and sequences. Additionally, for those interested, tumbling classes and hand balancing techniques can further enhance their aerial performance.

Acrobatics and Tumbling is a high-energy discipline that blends strength, flexibility, and precise technique to develop impressive acrobatic skills and dynamic tumbling skills. Students begin by mastering foundational, non-flight movement techniques such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and walkovers, then safely progress toward more advanced flight-based skills like aerials and handsprings, including the use of an aerial sling.
Each class focuses on building proper alignment, muscle control, balance, coordination, and full-body strength. Athletes learn how to engage the right muscles, protect their joints, and move with both power and control. Hand balancing exercises, along with conditioning and flexibility training, are incorporated into every class to ensure safe, steady progress.

Hand Balancing is a focused strength and skill-building program designed to develop power, precision, and control from the ground up. This unique art form blends elements of acrobatics, flexibility, and body conditioning, teaching students how to support and move their body weight with confidence and stability, ultimately enhancing their acrobatic skills. Participants build exceptional core strength, shoulder stability, alignment, and total-body awareness while learning movement techniques to properly stack and balance their bodies upside down. Through progressive drills and carefully structured exercises, students safely explore foundational floor balances before advancing to handstand canes and more complex variations. Additionally, those interested in expanding their training can benefit from aerial sling and tumbling classes. Training emphasizes patience, discipline, and technique—helping students refine balance, coordination, and mental focus.
